Global Kokan Festival 2013 to be held from January 4-7 in
Mumbai
Global Kokan Festival, organised by Kokan Bhumi
Pratishthan, will be held between January 4 and 7, 2013 at Bombay
Exhibition Centre, Mumbai. The four-day extravaganza will witness 350
exhibitors, including infrastructure and investment firms, fisheries,
agro-based and food processing, real estate, hotels and tour operators. As part
of the Festival, Konkan Tourism will organise Beach Festival in May 2013 at
Thane, Raigad, Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg to promote Beach and Coastal Tourism.
In addition, a photo exhibition for tour operators in October-November 2013 in
Nashik, Nagpur, Aurangabad and Pune, and a tourism promotion tour for tour
operators will be organized in November 2013 at Thane, Raigad, Ratnagiri and
Sindhudurg.
