This is one of most Beautiful beach in Malvan Konkan. Situated
approx. 5 kms south of Malvan and around 500 kms away from Mumbai. This beach
is very close from Malvan Katta, Devbag, and sindhudurg fort.
Attraction here is the long and narrow stretch of beach,
with its crystal clear water. Sea shores are very clean and of golden sand.
In Tarkarli MTDC resort is popular for tourists for stay
where you will get good deal for accommodation. There are two houses same as
Boat structure on the beach. Dolphin ride and house boat ride are two most
popular here in Tarkarli.
In Maharashtra only here you can get under water diving.

Two most popular places to see from here are
1.
Rock Garden : This is one of cool place to hang
out in evening near malvan, Where Garden is situated on shore with rocky exit
in sea.
2. Salgaonkar’s(Proprioter
of Kalnirnay) Ganpati Temple : This
temple is structured with all hindu shastra like direction of entrance, no of
pillers, etc. Golden Ganesh idol is so peaceful.
